This week I am grateful for the little things. Every day the Lord blesses you to see His hand in your life, you just have to open your eyes to see it.
We had a lesson with Hiroko and it was incredible. Hiroko orginally started seeing the missionaries in order to learn English. But now, we read out of the Book of Mormon together and have given her the lessons. She's not ready to accept the gospel, and her main focus is still English, but every time we meet, we see a little bit of progress. This week we taught her the Plan of Salvation and she loved it. She talked to us about her idea of God and that her Grandpa had always told her to choose what's right because there is a God watching her. At the end of the lesson when she prayed, she said "God, I know that my Grandpa was right. I know you're there, and I'm grateful I can feel your love at these lessons." There is nothing more tender than a daughter of God who is barely understanding her relationship with her loving Heavenly Father. It strengthened my desire for more sincerity in prayer.
We got to play softball on Saturday! The men in the Fujisawa area organize it for the missionaries and our investigators. We were the only girls there with our investigator. I think the brethren had too much fun teaching me how to swing the bat. But by the end of the game, I was hitting the ball, so that was a miracle! And I actually only hit the ball because for the Sister missionaries they played that we got to bat until we hit.
I don't have a lot to say for this week... I'm seeing miracles every day, and I am so blessed to be able to serve the Lord during this time. He loves His children, and I see that every day.
